Fantastic experience. Landed right around midnight. Jet lagged after almost 12 hours of traveling, Steve made the pickup seamless. Due to construction at the airport, the baggage claim was backed up and would’ve been a very long wait in a line of cars. Steve called me and pivoted to the upstairs and got us out within minutes. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

We came into town for a wedding, and the groom booked transportation for us, to the wedding and back to the hotel afterwards. Our driver, Marchelle, was awesome. Very professional and friendly. Very enjoyable ride, both ways. If we ever need transportation services when we're back in Cleveland, I would call People Express in a heartbeat, and ask for Marchelle. She is the best!

This was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a service. Bradley was nothing but extremely professional and very responsive. The limo was clean and in great shape. Lawrence our driver was very personal and had a great sense of humor, we used them for our sons senior prom
