They deleted my debit card completely off of my profile the night of July 2nd. Now I have to wait until Monday to have access to my funds because of the holiday and theyre closed on Sunday. I have had an account here for 20 years. The fraud department is doing too much. Leave my cards alone.
My daughter had a savings account here. When we went in to make a transaction they said they had closed the account and that they had mailed us a letter saying they were going to close the account. Our address and phone numbers had not changed and yet we were never notified. They said we needed to find her funds on the Mchigan unclaimed funds website, but nothing comes up on there. I've been a member for several years and today Cassandra H. assisted with my service. She is always nice and very professional.
There is no way to get a human on the line unless you go to the fraud department and ask for a transfer. I cannot access my account and the touchstone speak with a representative option sends you to a dial tone then hangup.Switching as soon as possible.
