These reviews are crazy , place is always helpful. I go in all the time to check on the latest C.D/M.M rates and always get the best customer service.I had recently had my cards stolen and each time they were speedy and helpful even though I probably could have prevented the loss each time.
The member representative was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She was not able to answer all my questions because she didn’t have all the information however, she did give me a business card and told me she would contact me by the end of the business day. If not, I could contact her tomorrow.
My 84 year old grandmother went in to use coin machine I was assisting her after reading the directions the machine did not work it was our ,first time we ask for assistance and the branch manager Dee came out she said”read the instructions” in condescending tone as if we hadn’t did that. As a branch manager I would have expected better treatment. My grandma has been going there for years and I hope they don’t treat her as poor as they did today when she’s alone. 9/17/2025 TOO Hard to reach a human person to speak with concerning account. Tried several times today and still not able to speak to someone. Not EVERYONE wants to speak with a robot 🤖.
