I'm not sure what is going on with this branch, but it's very clear management is non existent. I've been in there several times over the last few weeks and it's always the same issues. There is a gentleman that sites behind the counter who is ALWAYS on his phone, or eating. I believe his name is Shawn. You can see the girls running around working hard, and this one guy just sits there ...eating, playing on his phone ignoring customers. This branch is very neat, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There's never any request which is off limits or strange. Customer first sort of bank! Sean and his co-workers always take great care of me!
