Wrong name was put on my kids pictures! Have been calling and emailing for weeks, even went to the actual business which works from a house and still have yet to talk to anyone. Cannot pass out graduation pictures because wrong name is printed.
They took my daughter's school pictures and I ordered a $70 package. I was missing the class photo which alone was $40. Been trying to call them going on 2 days. Been having to leave a voicemail. Nothing yet. Very frustrated as this is my child's last time at the school. Please reach out soon. It's really upsetting.
Penton did my daughters Christmas and Easter pictures , every time I walk through the door of her school they would tell me about her pictures before I got them and let just say I boohoo cry every single time ! I love them and highly recommend
My daughter took photos at school in August. I requested a retake which they were kind enough to do free of charge. It is now November and I never got the pictures. After several calls and emails. Very upset about this. Money waisted!
