Very friendly caring staff
Kept super clean lovely staff
Staff took good care of my Mum during her stay and went out of their way to help. The rooms are nice and are kept clean and tidy.
This home is terrible not enough. Staff to care for the resedents the first day my dad went in they lost his slippers and outside jacket thay were found 3days later . Then thay lost his dentures for 2days we went to visit on 2 more days at approx 11am dad was sitting in a loung with no glasses on he can't see without them how did he eat breakfast ? They have also managed to loose his Pyjama trousers which were brand new when he went in to this so called care home and had his name stitched in ! Thank goodness he was only in t... read more
