They have your money in retirement accounts and truly awful customer service , PERIOD !!!
Nonexistent customer service. I can't log in to their website to see my account. It says to enter login info, "press control f5", then the login button (What? Maybe fix the website instead of offering a weird workaround), then it says "unable to complete your login attempt. Please try again." Keep doing that as long as you like. Or try again months later. Pathetic company, excessive fees charged in their funds. Index funds should charge a couple basis points, max - look at fidelity’s fees. What they charge is outrageous. Don’t believe me? Google Pentegra lawsuit.
