Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Staff is extremely rude and acts like they’re doing you a favor by even talking to you. No proper guidance, no patience, just attitude. Prices are high, and for that kind of money you’d at least expect decent service, but nope. On top of that, the acrylic sheets and veneer quality is nothing special — definitely not worth the cost or the headache of dealing with their staff. I worked with Pentco on a project and had to deal with Tammy throughout the process. Unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. Tammy is consistently rude and dismissive, and she clearly has no understanding of how to speak to paying customers. Every interaction felt rushed, as if I was bothering her just by asking basic questions. There’s a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy on her part, and it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. A sterling company! Excellent product and the staff are great to work with. They call, follow up, respond…they all seem to enjoy where they work and who they with with.
