The fact that the escalators on the left side (when getting off from the top level) sometimes is never on to go up or down especially in the morning or the afternoon, last week the they had both escalators going up and not a single one to go down, especially for people who carry luggagels or bikes. I do believe they really need to have at least 2 handicap gates, because having to enter with my bike on the left handicap gate where the on site person post takes up space and the billboard with the metro map guide and not to men... read more
