RecommendedA little over a year ago, I was visiting my hometown from FL, my windshield was replaced the same day my car was being serviced (the day before I left to go back to FL). On my long trip back, I heard a leak in the windshield (air coming through), so I called Pensock when I got back home. They did everything they could to contact a company in Florida to replace my windshield at no charge to me! Would definitely recommend for auto glass installs..... called sat am, order it n set up install on wed...... told them i worked night shift so they made me the later appointment, had enough time to sleep during day, got here and 25 mins they were done and on there way..... both installers were friendly, nice and professional..... found my go to windshield people from here on out!!!!!!!
Had two windshield replacements and two chip repairs done by Pensock!! Very pleased with their quick and excellent service!!

I highly recommend this place! I know Jeff along time and he is 100% about customer service! He’s dedicated himself to his family owned business. I know first hand how serious he takes it and when I needed something then he was always there. He’s helped so many of my friends and family. Often times without taking a dime. This is probably the only place in Northeast Pa I would truly recommend for auto glass. Anyone who argues this place doesn’t put customer service first is more then likely the competition.
