Great stuff and trucks, but software sucks. Spent hours to finish application, verify driver license and etc. Try to use another way if you can.
The owner Romero runs a very sloppy business. Tells you one thing and charges another. We were never told that they will charge our card without authorization for tolls. He said it’s in the contract but can’t provide paperwork that we signed for it. He sent a random image which doesn’t not have our name, signature or date on it. Literally pulled from a random book. They use a third party toll company that they charged us for as well and said “we were told about it” and then changed his wording and said “it’s in the contract.... read more
This company is terrible don’t rent any vehicles from here. If you use one of their trucks and you don’t pay tolls they come after you for the money. They used our toll account and we asked for our reimbursement and now they’re refusing to pay us; this is now in collections. This is a horrible company to do business with Terrible!!
Amazing customer service!! Trucks are very well maintained.
Nick was very helpful and pickup was easy.
