Don’t go here for your rental. Reserved a 12 and they only had a 16 ft and they wanted to charge me for miles when my contract said no mileage. I Ubered here and basically wasted money in doing so. Then their system wouldn’t even let me pay. Tried visa and Mastercard from 2 separate accounts.
The actual truck rental was great. The near 2 hours waiting at Home Depot for Penske and Home Depot to coordinate this rental was a nightmare, a true exercise in patience.
Super courteous staff. Very helpful on the phone and when I arrived to get the truck.
