They lied to me. Told me to pick up a truck at home depot. Home depot told me they don't even deal with Penske. Wasted my time

No Question, Best all around place for truck rentals year after year
Worst rental experience ever. This place has one pro, since it is closed on Sunday they have no choice but to give you that day for free. Everything else, all bad. Made the reservation at night thinking it was ok. Get a call in the morning saying they had to cancel and I needed to find somewhere. I chose this location because of proximity and the website let me put in a different location for return. Make another reservation at mission valley. That adds 12.4 miles to my total one way to return but whatever, I will deal. Guy ... read more
