Very frustrating and unacceptable experience. Penske contacted me about a truck rental that I NEVER made. The card information wasn’t mine, and even the name on the rental didn’t correctly match mine. I reported it immediately, but this situation should never have happened. I expect Penske to investigate this seriously and clear me of any responsibility. I strongly recommend being very careful when sharing your personal information with this company.
I have rented here and brought several trucks from Colorado. My FRIEND Steve and assts. couldn't be more helpful. Their trucks are clean and operate exceptionally. I hope Mr. Gibbens has many more lively years ahead, just not working years. Take more time off, Steve. As an addendum, I feel reviews should be erased after three years as some people don't look at how service might have improved!
A great place to rent a truck. Quick service, a clean truck, and a nice gentleman and his cat helped me out. The cat scratches, be careful. I would definitely rent from again if I was in the area. Thank you!
First off, the gentleman that operates this location is a Vietnam Vet, just like to say, welcome home. Rented a truck to pick up a large armoire. It is better to call and ensure a truck is available. The online does not sync up well. The gentleman was pleasant to deal with and will help out in any way. I will return when the time comes for another rental.
Moved from Braintree MA - HHI, SC. 16’ truck was great on gas and excellent AC. Pick up and drop off was simple. And No hidden costs ☺️Thank you Penske Staff!
