We reserved a truck one week in advance. On the day delivery was due we were told that the truck needed to be inspected (as we understand all trcuks need to be) The truck WE reserved did not pass inspection. They had one other truck (larger) available that was NOT rented. They told us it would be ready for pick up the next morning. When we came to pick it up they said they could no longer give us the larger truck, the truck we rented still was "broken" and all other trucks they had were all ready rented out for the day.
