RecommendedINCREDIBLE customer service from Ms. Shaniece Ruddock! I can’t say enough about her! She was patient, informative and so sweet! Helped me look through all sizes of one-way trucks and made this overwhelming experience seamless! She went above and beyond for me and was such a breathe of fresh air! Even helped me watch my young toddler as we walked through the parking lot. She deserves a raise, promotion or more! Seriously super impressed! Thank you for making a tedious experience enjoyable!

Had great customer service from Cole Dye - I was given his contact information early last week for business rentals and I reached out to him when I was out of town needing a truck and he had a truck reserved for me first thing the next morning. He could have just sent me the phone number for the other location, but he went above and beyond and I really appreciated his help! Will definitely use Penske again
