We tried to rent a 26' liftgate truck for the following morning. Unfortunately, they had to bring one from Knoxville to Blountville so we were not able to get it in the morning. The truck was scheduled for 12pm pickup. Penske called in the morning & said it would not arrive until 1pm. When the truck arrived in Blountville, they found the ramp lock was missing & attempted to replace it. Incredible! We use to use U haul but got aggravated with them so we tried penske! The difference is amazing- just Amazing! Customer service from start to finish is incredible! If you are trying to move -USE PENSKE! Any thing else will be a hassle!
