Eddie saved the day! I had a major not to be mentioned moving truck company mess up my reservation at the last minute, meaning they no longer had the truck and I would have to travel far away to get the equipment when I was already on a tight schedule. I booked Penske the day before the move and ended up not only saving money, but had a good experience with the location. Wow, what a surprise. People who are good at their job, courteous,, friendly, personable, and professional! Hard to find these days. They upgraded my moving truck because they were short on the one I had reserved, and flexible on extending my return date. Lalah took good care of me on check out, and two of her cohorts did the same when I returned the truck. I had an excellent experience overall. Keep it up
