Beware of the bait and switch!! Rented a 12 foot truck. Confirmation email says 12 foot truck. Made a confirmation phone call to make sure I had a 12 foot truck. Penske called day before my scheduled pickup to inform me of a new pickup location 50min away since they didn’t have a truck at my initial location of choice. Not happy but drove the extra miles to get the truck. When I arrived they tried to give me a van, they had no truck. No apologies, no compensation !
