Today Sunday, I was getting a sub-unit at this place, the supervisor Martin and the crew were not only great but amazing thanks to the entire team. The unit itself was filthy, had engine lights on, and the tires were in bad shape. He took it in right away and explained every step of what he was doing. He made sure to apologize for the condition of the truck and did everything he could to smooth things over and get it road-ready. Kudos to Martin for his kindness and excellent customer service.
Great service in shop in 5 mins fault on def sorted they even did a tire check and changed some dodgy tires out of shop in 2.5 hours.
This Penske is a joke. Leased a unit with them, and it’s been nothing but nightmare, repairs a bit being done properly several times truck had to be done for days, weeks, for the same repairs. Truck not ready when they say it’s ready, never were able to do a single repair done in one time. Pm service is absolutely terrible, they keep the truck for days or weeks sometimes.
