Ben gave us a truck that need the battery jumped before a cross country trip. The vehicle had many electrical issues that caused the battery to drain. Penske does not give quality vehicles to the customers and they do not care about your safety
Easy to deal with
This is a great solution for moving large amounts of items. The service is amazing and the staff are very accommodating. Drop off at the USA Towing was excellent and the staff (Garrett) was extremely helpful. This aspect alone was enough to make the rental worthwhile. The trucks are clean as well. Pretty decent mileage with the truck as well. Only downside is that if you need a ramp, that's an example of when it's better to go to UHaul. That will however, cost you more.
Great Penske Team! A lot of people to name, but I most often deal with Camden in Service...He Answers, Listens, Advises and Stays Cool at all times. I feel valued as a driver/customer!
