The worst service of my life
Don’t purchase this service. Absolutely unprofessional
Relocated from Hollywood FL to Orlando and decided to rent from Penske and not from Uhaul. Made reservations few weeks in advance. Was assured by the representative during my reservation that if i place a credit card on file i will be guaranteed a truck. This was very important and Penske let me down. I called the day before just to make sure I will have a truck. It wasn’t until I reached the Penske rental desk to be informed that no Trucks available. Let me down on my wedding day. Reserved a truck and was called the day of and told they didn't have a truck and I had to take a van. Not everything could fit in the van, items had to be split up and left behind resulting in more chaos during wedding setup and breakdown and not being able to have all my decor there. What a disappointment. I expect reservations to be kept, not to find out hours before that they don't have it, especially on such an important day.
