Don’t purchase this service. Absolutely unprofessional
Relocated from Hollywood FL to Orlando and decided to rent from Penske and not from Uhaul. Made reservations few weeks in advance. Was assured by the representative during my reservation that if i place a credit card on file i will be guaranteed a truck. This was very important and Penske let me down. I called the day before just to make sure I will have a truck. It wasn’t until I reached the Penske rental desk to be informed that no Trucks available.
