Booked a week in advance. Get a call the day before that they could not allow truck to be picked up at their location and dropped off at a different location in OC even though their online system allows for it. Then the rep states that their location doesn’t allow drop offs in OC but to try the Marina location as they allow LA to OC. So what you’re saying is you pick and choose what policies to follow and what reservations you allow? Very unreliable booking system.
The truck was so low quality and banged up and full of ICE. Would never use this service again.
Horrible experience. Truck came full of ice that nobody wants. I am now sticking to riding my son’s battery powered truck.
