If you are a person of color be extremely careful dealing with these people, they jumped into an African American man’s tow truck, stole his keys, and then proceeded to jump him simply because he wouldn’t maneuver around a tightly cluttered parking lot.
Manager is very rude and disrespectful along with all of his workers(not the one driver, I don't know his name but he was very sweet). My brother drives tow trucks and they were mad he couldn't put the truck in the location they wanted it due to a small and overcrowded lot so they stole his keys out of his vehicle and jumped him.
This is the worst place ever!!! I suggest that you go somewhere else if you need service done to anything. All they do is tell lies and are very slow with service.
I had a blow out on a trailer today on I85 called they were there within a hour thank you Brenda at Penske for taking my call and thanks to the repairman for his service
