This company is the worst company. They are not very helpful with explanation not to mention takes several days to process claims and receive reimbursements. Their website is not user friendly and they do not check their status for reimbursements but reject claims for no cause. I am getting out of this company and caution any use with them. My company should find a new service for retirement and other FSA accounts.
