I've been going to Pensel & Walker for a dozen years. Their team is wonderfully accommodating, helpful, patient—even long after your purchase, like when your frames need a tuneup or your nose pads have jiggled loose. They make things right, do their best to help you see clearly. Nice people.

We were at a home that we own in St. Michaels, although we are from Central PA, and my glasses broke on a Friday night. I quickly realized how much I depend on them. I had no immediate idea what to do. Saturday morning I spent doing research on the internet holding the two pieces of my glasses to see.
