This was one of the worst-looking plant orders I have ever received. The entire shipment was dumped into a single bag with zero root protection, no moisture wrap, no staking, and nothing to prevent damage during transit. Professional nurseries secure and protect roots carefully before shipping, but Pense Nursery, Inc. treated live plants like yard waste. Third year ordering from this nursery, and I keep coming back because they offer exceptional value. I've purchased a variety of fruiting plants, from raspberries, figs, rhubarb, and more. The plants themselves are consistently good quality for the price—really outstanding deals compared to other places. Their shipping method is literally everything just bundled and tossed into a box, which felt pretty alarming compared to the careful packaging you see from most other nurseries. We just picked up our plants in person! They are working hard boxing up orders and were super helpful with tips for growing ours. We will be back!
