I've had a great experience with their plants, but reaching them is the pits. The number listed on their Shipping Returns page is disconnected; there is no email in the About Us page or anywhere else that I can find, and the number at the top of their page, I've left numerous messages on and never gotten a return call. Probably 80% of their bare-root plants grew beautifully and have long, developed root systems. But they are impossible to reach regarding any issues or questions. I'd give a 5 star if they were reachable.

Ordered 2/3, no plants still on 5/21 after being promised they would ship weeks ago. Buyer beware.

Ordered 4 honey berry plants for my garden and loved them so much I ordered 2 more! The plants arrived very neatly packed and in great health, you’ve earned yourself a lifetime customer here!

I ordered two times from them, all plants arrived safely and alive. Packaging is a bit sloppy and I wish all plants had labels on them not just label per bundle, but besides that I am satisfied. Strong 4 stars.

They didn’t properly label my two varieties of asparagus crowns so they got mixed up during shipping. The jostaberry plants didn’t look great when they arrived and the strawberry crowns weren’t of good quality. I emailed them to let them know and they weren’t helpful or interested in adapting their shipping at all. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again as they can’t be bothered to do a good a job with the labeling and shipping process.
