Ordered 2/3, no plants still on 5/21 after being promised they would ship weeks ago. Buyer beware.
Ordered 4 honey berry plants for my garden and loved them so much I ordered 2 more! The plants arrived very neatly packed and in great health, you’ve earned yourself a lifetime customer here!
I ordered two times from them, all plants arrived safely and alive. Packaging is a bit sloppy and I wish all plants had labels on them not just label per bundle, but besides that I am satisfied. Strong 4 stars.
They didn’t properly label my two varieties of asparagus crowns so they got mixed up during shipping. The jostaberry plants didn’t look great when they arrived and the strawberry crowns weren’t of good quality. I emailed them to let them know and they weren’t helpful or interested in adapting their shipping at all. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again as they can’t be bothered to do a good a job with the labeling and shipping process.
This was one of the worst-looking plant orders I have ever received. The entire shipment was dumped into a single bag with zero root protection, no moisture wrap, no staking, and nothing to prevent damage during transit. Professional nurseries secure and protect roots carefully before shipping, but Pense Nursery, Inc. treated live plants like yard waste.
