Awful customer service
They cancel or no show all the time. My bonus daughter is in a wheel, and have a few severe medical issues that she's is trying to work out. She schedule at least 2 pickups a week for Dr appts, and physical therapy. At least once a week they don't show, abs then cancel her even though they have her down for scheduling. I wish that management would get more involved with making sure these pts get picked up.
Never showed even though I booked in advance
They cut us off and had to slam on the brakes. Plus, their brake lights for the car do not work and they were braking every turn. It looked like they didn’t know where or what they were doing.
Waited 2 hours for cab. They told me that the cab was on the way. Had to call someone to pick me up because the doctor office closed. They had to go home.
