Extremely angry driver. Screamed obscenaties when I tried to pay with other than a physical card. Tough shit. I paid him through Cash app. Threatened to call the cops, I dared him to do it. Called me an idiot, asked him who the bigger one was since he drove me without telling me physical card only. Too bad. You still got paid.

Awful customer service
They cancel or no show all the time. My bonus daughter is in a wheel, and have a few severe medical issues that she's is trying to work out. She schedule at least 2 pickups a week for Dr appts, and physical therapy. At least once a week they don't show, abs then cancel her even though they have her down for scheduling. I wish that management would get more involved with making sure these pts get picked up.
