She doesn't give yes/no answers, she goes into great detail about every step of the process, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to invest in the Coolsculpting procedure. When I spoke with Elizabeth, she answered all my questions in depth and there was no doubt she is extremely knowledgeable about Coolsculpting and what it can and cannot do. The room where the procedure is done is private and very comfortable.
