She doesn't give yes/no answers, she goes into great detail about every step of the process, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to invest in the Coolsculpting procedure. I was on the fence about trying this procedure. When I spoke with Elizabeth, she answered all my questions in depth and there was no doubt she is extremely knowledgeable about Coolsculpting and what it can and cannot do. The room where the procedure is done is private and very comfortable. If you are still trying to decide whether to invest in Coolsculpting, give Elizabeth a call or even better go see her and take a tour of the facility. You will be glad that you did.
