We found ourselves short of tiles part way through our bathroom conversion and when going to Penrith tiles to get more it turned out they were unable to supply them anymore. However, Alec took it upon himself to remove the ones from their display for us. Now that's going the extra mile, thank you very much!
When your in business on your own, the most important tool in your van is a good supplier and Andy at Penrith is a GREAT supplier, nothing is ever too much trouble his knowledge is on the button and if there's something he can't answer then he knows someone who can. He is why I spend my money there, the selection of tiles is top drawer, the quality is excellent and 99 times out of 100 if he says it will be done it will happen. Cannot recommend this shop highly enough

They listened intently at what we would like then set about spending time and effort to get us just what we were looking for, then getting us a good deal. They helped us order the right number of boxes with a pledge to refund any complete boxes.
