It'd be nice if you don't have a driver because one called out to INFORM the client when it happens...NOT having the client have to call you to see where ride is for a DOCTOR'S appointment which you had to be in 20 minutes...which client had to cancel appointment...thank you...I appreciate your organization....NOT UPDATE: It just happened again 9/13🤬
These people are a constant guessing game if they can even help with transportation. Half the time, you have reschedule your appointment last minute because they failed to schedule your ride proper, the other half of the time they can get it flawlessly. Me and my daughter have almost been kidnapped due to their "volunteer" not showing up until an hour after they were supposed to. My advice, if you have a friend that can take you, you'd have better chances asking them than Penquis.

This is the worst transportation service company around. My son has a standing order to get rides 4 times a week to his day program. This company shows up whenever they want to. He supposed to be at program at 9:00 am and they have often showed up after 9. I have left many times at 8:45 as it takes 30 minutes to get to his program. When I have already left they mark us as a no show. One driver lied and told them they arrived at 8:25 and we weren't home so they marked us as a NO SHOW.
