This comment is the beginning of a Mandated report to the State of Maine in regard to the needles left outside the courthouse and the lawyers and cops that laugh about it while the DA doesn't seem to care, perpetuating a potential HIV epidemic and a city-wide health crisis. There system is so messed UP. Them and the court and the police station they’re all messed up. They tell you to call the police station. Then police station tells me to call them. They don’t even know what’s going on. Neither of them know how to do this job correctly.
