I give it a 2 because the oil change was fast and the man provided average customer service. I also gave it a 2 because when the kid chaning the oil says, " I have to take off like 20 clips" and the man says that's an extra charge. Really? I asked how much and he said 6.00. OK The kid yells up, "I can just leave the plate off and remove the charge". Callum has a poor attitude and should not interrupt.
Immediately when the garage door opens, the angry bald guy doing the work screamed "hello?!?" Pull in and he starts raging about my type of car and how inconvenient it is for him to do. The entire time hes cursing and swearing, saying they should be charging me more because it took him longer. The kid dealing with me was just walking around vaping. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but so unprofessional and had me worried about the job they were doing.
Fast, friendly service with upfront cost explained. Will be back for the next oil change.
Overall fast and efficient. Pleasant group of young men.
