This last visit will be my final time supporting this business. The staff were talking rudely amongst themselves, saying they were shocked I haven’t crashed my car because the way my oil looked. This was the manager, Amanda, engaging in this talk. Never mentioned anything to me before I left about my oil. Unprofessional. Unfortunately, not the first incident of this unprofessionalism. They will make rude comments assuming you cannot hear them. The owner, Ed, will lie about his product when you ask about upcharges, or offer y... read more
.I’ve brought both my Honda CR-V and Honda Civic to Penzoil in the past and have always been satisfied with the service, which is why I was especially disappointed with my most recent visit to this particular Penzoil location. I was also charged $6 to remove the skid plate to access the oil filter, something I have never been charged for p... read more
Friendly staff. Consistent experience. They always take good care of us.
I give it a 2 because the oil change was fast and the man provided average customer service. I also gave it a 2 because when the kid chaning the oil says, " I have to take off like 20 clips" and the man says that's an extra charge. Really? I asked how much and he said 6.00. OK The kid yells up, "I can just leave the plate off and remove the charge". Callum has a poor attitude and should not interrupt.
Immediately when the garage door opens, the angry bald guy doing the work screamed "hello?!?" Pull in and he starts raging about my type of car and how inconvenient it is for him to do. The entire time hes cursing and swearing, saying they should be charging me more because it took him longer. The kid dealing with me was just walking around vaping. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but so unprofessional and had me worried about the job they were doing.
