Worst place I’ve ever had my taxes done! They miss typed my account info for my Direct deposit had to call bank so when they received the deposit it would get sent back to the irs. Had to call the irs and sit on the phone for over an hour to get them to mail the check out. They mail the check out to the address that your taxes was filed under just to fine out after waiting 3 more weeks that pennys tax time not only messed up my bank info but my address info! I can honestly say I went to Penny's mother for years. When she passed I had no other choice, but to go to her amazing daughter Penny. These women absolutely are amazing, and go above as well as beyond to help with getting the money you deserve back. Every year I take my husband and I taxes and he'd to Penny's Tax Time.
