I’m having a bad day but waiting all week not getting through and feeling tossed around. Hoping I really get an appointment don’t seem like they care. They close at 5:30 it’s 4:30 instead of hearing me out she said they gone for the day. I really needed help regardless people need to start caring it could saved a life when people are really just needing help but yall taking the job lightly. Replace them with people who care about their jobs and care about the patients and not just ready to go home @3
AWFUL - The billing department is lazy, lets their work pile up, and does not do their job by letting 3 months of payments erroneously be billed to us, payments that were already paid for upon the visit there. More worry than it's worth..
