If I could give a zero star rating I would! I am so disappointment in the ear piercing my daughter received recently. On March 6th my daughter came in to get a second piercing done in her ears. She has been cleaning them twice daily with peroxide since and turning them regularly. At first she was having issues with one side but this morning she woke up with the earring on the other side embedded in her ear. See attached picture. She has now been to the doctor and is now on antibiotics and is going to have the earring removed... read more
Pennylane is a great place for facials. I've been 7 times now and it never disappoints. Maria is wonderful :) I appreciate that they never push product sales onto you especially after finishing a relaxing treatment. Would highly recommend!

I'm so happy with the work Marie did on my lash shape and tint! I've been doing my eyebrows on my own for years, and the difference after seeing her is incredible. She completely understood my face and gave me a natural, lifted look that still feels like me. I'm excited to see what she can do as my brows grow in after some over-tweezing on my part.
