Take it from the people who have lost their loved ones' inventories after consigning them to Pennies (Penny's) from Heaven: Find a REPUTABLE estate sales professional. This flighty bird gives warm assurances that you are in "good hands". After signing a contract with a friend to sell our lost ones' possession, we heard nothing - despite emails, phone calls, letters. Since she hasn't sold anything, we can now consider the consigned estate inventories to be what, in fact, they are: Stolen property.
Terrible experience. With no contract, items were sold from my mothers estate. Do not trust if you are a seller.
