My granddaughter had a phobia about driving and at 24 still had to much anxiety to drive? Penny worked with her and after only about 3 weeks she was driving passed her license and the next month drove from Hot Springs to Dallas by herself. I will say that the directions and tape she listened to each night gave her reinforcement. Penny is a professional, honest and I have recommended her to my friends!

I'm a NON-SMOKER!!!! Thanks to Penny Rea Hypnosis. It was really as easy as she said it would be. I've smoked for years, tried so many different ways to quit and they never worked. I smoked 2 packs a day for 20 plus years. I hang out with smokers all day long and I still don't want one. I can't believe how easy this was. I've bought the electronic cigarettes and used the patches (got a rash from them) and tried cold turkey. None of them worked. I'm not mean to other smokers either. Penny Rea Hypnosis was the best thing ever. I've always been fat and she made me see myself differently. I would look in the mirror and instead of saying I was fat I started saying I'm getting thinner and thinner and I started losing the weight. I've lost 49 pounds and I'm working out at least 3 days every week and I'm looking forward to shopping for new clothes. My husband loves the way I look and I feel so good. I went to see Penny about 6 months ago to lose some weight. I had about 80 pounds to lose. I can't tell you how great I feel now. I've lost 68 lbs and my friends have been so amazed at how easy this has been for me. We spent alot of time talking and then she gave me a program to work around my busy travel schedule. Weight Loss – I have gone to see Penny Rea twice now and both times its been amazing. The first time I went I went to lose weight. I've lost all the weight I wanted to lose and feel like I have so much energy now. Now I've gone back to stop smoking and I've been smoke free for over 2 months now. Penny is GREAT!!!! I have been struggling with my weight for many years (since 2002) I was so out of control that my weight had gotten to over 250lbs. I suffered a back injury back in 1999 and have been unable to really exercise since so that made it even worse. I finally, as a last resort, called Penny in February 2011. Total waste of money! – My hypnosis session with Penny Rea was a total waste of almost $300. I felt absolutely no different during or after the hypnosis. I am not even convinced I was even hypnotized. Also, she recommended a fad diet and gave other nutrition information that was not science-based. If I had this decision to make over, I would NOT make an appointment with this hypotherapist.
