Reliable and efficient in service delivery.
Diane has done our taxes expertly for many years and I can highly recommend her skills, but recently i need to withdraw my recommendation due to her unwillingness to fix an issue where the taxes were not received electronically by CRA, and after a dozen attempts to contact her over a week and a bit she has not bother to return my calls, messages and I have had to mail in the documents myself. I don't think this level of poor service merits a recommendation.

If I could give them a zero I would. I did a renovation for them and usually when we finish the customer always pays. They don’t respond to phone calls, emails or texts. There a joke as they have already shut there doors and owner has locked them out. Do not RECOMMEND.
