Very friendly staff and beautiful store
Bought a beautiful Smith Brothers leather couch on clearance that I'm thrilled with. Stella, at the Schaumburg store, was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She educated me on what to look for in a high quality couch and with her help, bought a great couch at a great price that I will own for many years.
I purchased a sectional leather couch in July 2021 (order number 620053 ). Up until recently I was happy with it. On one of the sections, the leather seat has developed wrinkles on the seat area. While I was purchasing some new furniture for another room last week, I mentioned this, and I said I purchased the protection plan for the couch. I sent pictures of the issue, and this was submitted to customer service. The response was "this is wear and tear". Not covered by the protection plan. Was not greeted . I approached the sales person and they were uppity and smug Like I did not belong .Was she wrong! I will Never be back and shall spread the word it’s not a kind place! Pretentious
