Kim at the Schaumburg store was fantastic ! I showed her the fabric samples I liked, and she suggested similar ones. If I didn't like her choice, she said it's your decision . I told her the furniture I needed, and she showed me the samples of exactly what I needed. A sofa sleeper sectional, (the sleeper is most comfortable , no bar in your back !)which no other company in the Chicagoland area had ! Furniture made in the USA. Kim is The Best sales associate. She went above and beyond to help me with a kitchen table and chairs in addition to a bedroom suite. We are ambulatory challenged and unable to get around store effectively. She took pictures of furniture and items to help with our selection. We love our furniture. So thankful for Kim’s kindness and going the extra mile!
Joanne was wonderful to work with and helped me find the perfect sofa/recliner for my space. I had a great experience!
