When we bought a new home we purchased a sleep sofa. We were shown the base and upgrade models with different mattresses. I weigh about 235 and found the base model very comfortable and could not fell any of the crossbar. We thus went with this model. We did not use it till about 8 months after delivery when one of daughter's family visited. Upon using It for the first time the mattress wasn't even close to what we experienced. On contactics, store we were told it had been too .ong sin e purchase to do anything!!!!!!!
Seven years ago, I purchased a king-size bed and two nightstands for $8,000. For that price, I expected much higher quality and durability. Over time, the finish on the nightstands began peeling, which clearly shows poor material quality for furniture in this price range. The biggest issue, however, is that the bed is unsafe. The headboard has extremely sharp edges, and every time I change the bedding, I cut my hands. This is unacceptable for a product that is used daily and especially concerning given the price. Kim at the Schaumburg store was fantastic ! I showed her the fabric samples I liked, and she suggested similar ones. If I didn't like her choice, she said it's your decision . I told her the furniture I needed, and she showed me the samples of exactly what I needed. A sofa sleeper sectional, (the sleeper is most comfortable , no bar in your back !)which no other company in the Chicagoland area had ! Furniture made in the USA.
