We had an 11 o’clock appointment with Valerie We’re there 10 before 11 and she was waiting for us Extremely professional with a big smile We were interested to buy a queen size bed with storage Valerie took us around and show us all the styles all the colors everything that was available at the store We finally purchase a beautiful bed And we can’t wait to see it in our home Valerie made our shopping experience very enjoyable. She’s a big asset for your store.
Kim Markman was very helpful to say the least. She worked hard to get items together until we were happy with the results. She answered all of our questions until we were satisfied with the furniture. She was great, as well as the quality of the items.

When we bought a new home we purchased a sleep sofa. We were shown the base and upgrade models with different mattresses. I weigh about 235 and found the base model very comfortable and could not fell any of the crossbar. We thus went with this model. We did not use it till about 8 months after delivery when one of daughter's family visited. Upon using It for the first time the mattress wasn't even close to what we experienced. On contactics, store we were told it had been too .ong sin e purchase to do anything!!!!!!!
