We had a very good experience with Ron, he was very helpful and patient and if he didn’t know something he checked with manager and quickly got back to us. The only issue we had was when he told us with the sofa we were getting it came with pillows, so we spent a half hour looking at the many cloth types and patterns only to check out and the manager said because it was a leather couch no pillows, which was fine, but after spending 30 min and us buying 12k of furniture you’d think they would have said have the pillows on us.
I am updating my review because Penny Mustard's insurance paid for all of the damage to my house (but it was really frustrating hassle) and because of the customer service during what I thought was a warranty issue with a mirror. I could see little defects in the mirror and no matter how many times I tried to clean them or scrape them with my nail, they remained.
