Chris was great guy to work with
I had a great experience shopping for a sofa bed. Mark gave me his full attention and showed me a wide variety of options as I waffled between sofa bed or regular sofa, and helped me narrow down what I did or didn't find comfortable about each option. This is the third location I've been to over time and across two states- and the high grade of customer service was comparable at each. The low google rating for this location (in March 2025) gave me pause, and I found it absolutely unwarranted.
Replace the manager will make those store a 5 star.
