We have bought many pieces of furniture over the years from Penny Mustard, including office furniture, leather recliners, and most recently a leather sofa. We have purchased the furniture from the Greenfield store. Our salesperson is Jane, she has always been very helpful and their overall customer service has been great. So we order the merchandise, and we’re given a date of delivery, not an estimated date.We assume that that date is good unless told otherwise, but the day of delivery comes and we have no communication. Buying Furniture from Penny Mustard has been the worst furniture buying experience of my life...and I am 55. we spent over $50,000 on new furniture with Penny Mustard The quality of the furniture in the store is different - far superior to what is actually delivered to your house - a true bait and switch...in some case they changed the design. Worked with Jenine in the Greenfield store and she was great....bought a new king size mattress and adjustable fame and everything worked out very well....very happy with product and price. Welcome to Wisconsin Jenine....would have given her a 6 but she's a Bears fan :)
