My chair has been broken since March 2023. Now the part won’t be delivered until June 2023. The store and corporate have been no help in getting the part sooner. So frustrated

We bought a couch, love seat, ottoman and a recliner. Very expensive. The recliners fabric was made just like the display. The fabric wore out so fast. Discolored also. Now we have a (well built) ugly chair that's been down in my basement for quite awhile. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again.
