Unfortunately, our experience with Penny Finance has been extremely disappointing. As first home buyers, we trusted their guidance but were completely misguided throughout the process. We had to follow up constantly and didn't received much of a response and always were told sorry we were busy with things and will get back to you next week. Because of the poor advice, we ended up paying LMI and missed out on government benefits we should have been eligible for. My experience with Penny Finance not great. I was booked for a 10.30 am discovery call. I was waiting for someone to call for 10 minutes. At last, they sent a message saying that my appointment was rescheduled to 10.45 am. Very unprofessional and uncourteous. I now have a bad impression of this group. Quite disappointed of their service level
