My experience with Penny Finance not great. I was booked for a 10.30 am discovery call. I was waiting for someone to call for 10 minutes. At last, they sent a message saying that my appointment was rescheduled to 10.45 am. Very unprofessional and uncourteous. I now have a bad impression of this group. Quite disappointed of their service level

Morgan and Rachael did a super excellent job for us. My previous broker put me on the edge by miscalculating my serviceability. Morgan came in and could secure a loan for us in the last minute. So we didn’t have to give up our dream house. She is a life saver!!! I have been with Penny finance since 2020 and they have always given me good news ❤️👏
