I used Penn Tool, June of 2021 to repair an electric hoist. Had great service from them. The hoist broke again, so 01-25-2022 we took it back to them for repair. I called 02/22/2022 (ONE MONTH LATER) and they stated they have not had a chance to look at it. I called 03/25/2022 (TWO MONTHS LATER) and Kevin advised me they had a part on order.
