Extremely rude. Very unprofessional and every single time I get a bill there are so many fees added to it and they never tell me why
This company is extremely unprofessional and hostile. They use intimidation tactics and attempt to scare residents by threatening actions they legally cannot take. Absolutely horrible experience. This company is extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly comfortable trying to scare and pressure people with things they legally cannot do. One employee even claimed they could sell our house which is completely false. Sewer companies do not have that authority. The billing practices are shady at best. This company is a complete scam and should not be trusted. Charges change constantly with no notice, and every single bill includes random fees that cannot be explained. When you call to question these charges, employees either refuse to explain them or act as if you are the problem for asking. The staff is rude, condescending, and openly hostile.
