This has been, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. SCAM ARTISTS I would pay my bill, and then a month or two later, I’d suddenly owe another $400 in random charges. Then it would happen again. My actual monthly charges would only be around $30-something, but somehow hundreds of dollars in additional fees would keep appearing. Be very careful. This company will steal your home and assets. Document everything, Keep records for every single payment made. This company is extremely shady. They process the sewage tax bill for my town. I divorced, took back my maiden name and quit claimed the deed. The rudest set of people I’ve ever spoke to, maybe ever. Unhelpful, yell at you and don’t let you finish a sentence. All the way up to manager.
Extremely rude. Very unprofessional and every single time I get a bill there are so many fees added to it and they never tell me why
