Extremely kind and helpful people work here. They understand how to work with more challenging people. I took my mother about a year ago. She has dementia and they were extremely patient and kind with her. I just took my 101-year-old father the other day, and they were so kind and helpful to him as well, from the time we walked in the door to the time we left.
