The lady with short dark hair is rude as ever. Hardly gave me instructions on where to go which caused me to fail, as well as the fact that she practically shames you for not knowing certain things. I hope to God she reads this and fixes her attitude, as well as I hope I get a different instructor next time I take my test 😸. Update: I passed, but no thanks to her 😒
Less than a week before I was to fly out west (Oct 2025) I realized that I needed a REAL ID. I printed the papers I thought I needed, filled them out, and headed to this center on a Saturday morning (I fly out in 4 days). The place was definitely busy but I waited my turn and the lady checking me in made me aware that there were MORE papers I need to fill out. She was very helpful and not rude or curt.
