Quick and easy, was in and out in less than 10 minutes
I don’t know the name of the instructor , she is an old Lady , she is so rude and sarcastic ,at this time she works here , today I had a bad experience with her , I make everything good , she choose to not give me my license
Chambersburg license center is very slow it took 2hr and 30 min to move up 16 people to get just a regular driver's license on Saturday. But I will say the employees that were working were very friendly.
Extremely kind and helpful people work here. They understand how to work with more challenging people. I took my mother about a year ago. She has dementia and they were extremely patient and kind with her. I just took my 101-year-old father the other day, and they were so kind and helpful to him as well, from the time we walked in the door to the time we left.
