a short dark hair lady was my driving instructor and although I did pass she was horribly rude and inpatient the whole time, if you don’t like your job quit.

Okay last time I wrote this review I did one star review but now I give it a 3. Because I went to do my license test and I did have the same lady but she was so nice. I passed ‼️ I was talking to her and she was talking to me yes she can be rude sometimes but she definitely is not rude all the time and is so sweet. She 100% knows how to do her job. Worst penndot I've ever been too, ive come here on three separate occasions and have waited over 2 hours and still have not gotten what I need done, because they have 8 desks and only 3 people are helping people. Ive been sitting here for over an hour and have seen maybe 5 people helped. This is ridiculous. And the works have no sense of urgency at all. They lean over their desks talking to coworkers to have anything else to other than help thos who have been waiting. And they aren't friendly either. Reevaluate the staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the driving instructors. The short, black-haired woman who assisted me was consistently rude and sarcastic. When I made a mistake in the parking lot, her instructions were so vague that I became confused, yet she responded with passive-aggressive comments like “I didn’t ask you to do that” and at one point got shouted, “What are you doing?
