A gentleman answered the phone today to address an issue with a customer at my office. He was very professional and courteous and handle the situation very well. He gave direct answers, I could tell he was knowledgeable and gave the customer accurate guidance with their situation. Even with the customer being irritated, the gentleman kept his cool and gave them directions on what to do next. Just wanted to say thank you for being professional.

This place is so unorganized so unprofessional I went in for an appointment a older guy who seemed like he didn't know what he was doing did my application he screwed it up so bad somehow he got mine and another woman's application personal information put in together on my paper work now they had to fix it after I called and flipped out I'm still waiting for my 2022 rent rebate every time I call to get updates they keep telling me more info is needed and they are behind probably thousands of applications and another 6 to 8 ... read more
Gonna give every department of revenue location one star until they get their Sh!&t together. The new Mypath website is awful and it shouldn’t take three hours of holding to reach someone on the phone. Pathetic.
