I offered to show PA, executed and signed/dated contracts, how a small business owner is claiming a gross income of 130k per year on average and is really taking in 400k+ by diverting sale into their many personal accounts and staggering cash into them - I offered 8 years of past checking accounts showing the use of many CashApp, Zelle, and PayPal diverting business income. They have a very weak hold on enforcement of tax collections.
Awful service. No one from these agencies seem to care about the problems they are causing. With horrible customer service hours how is anyone supposed to take care of the issues caused by incompetent government employees? It's time for a change.
A gentleman answered the phone today to address an issue with a customer at my office. He was very professional and courteous and handle the situation very well. He gave direct answers, I could tell he was knowledgeable and gave the customer accurate guidance with their situation. Even with the customer being irritated, the gentleman kept his cool and gave them directions on what to do next. Just wanted to say thank you for being professional.
