100% Shadiness We weren't smart and didn't check reviews prior to visiting. If we would have checked we would have seen tons of negative reviews the past couple months and they were all correct. The people were shady, the same guy gave us 2 different names the different days we were there. The second time we went up there, after getting the runaround on the phone, the police were there dealing with another customer complaint. A 1 Star review is too nice.

If I Can Give this shop 0 stars I would , the communication is trash , I cracked my daughters iPad he came to my job to get it in Burlington. Something told me to check the location it ended up in pennsauken store , then told me the iPad would be ready for pick up , I called he said he was waiting on a lcd so I would be able to pick it up Friday . please do not come here. These people will accept your diagnosis fee and take any item even if they have no idea how to fix it. On top of that they won’t be honorable with their word the owner himself kept telling me tomorrow i could get my refund and device back because it had been in the shop for almost a month and a half after he originally told be it should take 4-5 days. i sorely regret going here i wasted 50 bucks and was lucky to get 50 refunded back. i truly do not know how they are in business still.

unbelievably unprofessional, you have to get police involved to get your money back because they don’t fix whatever you brought in and they refuse to give you your money back otherwise. please save yourself the month long headache they will cause you and just go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called in the morning for a quote to get the back of my phone replaced. Told me it would take 2-3 hours. Dropped it off at noon and they told me to pick it up at 5. I got there at 5 and the owner wasn’t around and had my phone at another store and wouldn’t be back until 6:30. I called at 5:45 to check before I went again and I could not get an answer on when my phone would be finished.
