Very difficult to contact. Frequently out of office message or the phone is off the hook and busy signal for hours.
Excellent service! But if you try calling yourselves, you will see what I mean about your outgoing message. It is worn out and has been for the past three years. Each time I call in I mention it but when I speak to anyone, they all ignore my request to fix the outgoing message. So now, I am writing it and hopefully there is enough money in the budget to fix it.
